Oprah!! Why? ya sit Oprah why? bas afham why?

"Winfrey said she sympathized with the suffering of the people of Israel, and that she intended to accept Wiesel's invitation and come with him to Israel. "

I always disputed Oprah show with my wife. Finally, i have a solid reason to defend my point of view about her.

Now ya sit Oprah,
you are trying to portray the only state in the middle east with nuclear weapon as a victim,
you are perceiving a state that uses F16 Supersoinic Jet Fighters to attack refugee camps as a victim
you can convince yourself that Israel's 40 years of brute violence in it's occupation of Palestinian land and livelihood makes it the victim.

Since when ya Oprah the occupiers become on the defensive, when the occupiers are conspicuously on the offensive?

"No amount of stardom could further sanctify Israel's behaviour but blemishes those who attempt to vilify her victims by hoodwinking truth. "

la ya sit Oprah, i thought you are way beyond this!
Why, then? Are you running for presidency or do you opt to following Condoleeza Rice.

How can we make our voice heard and tell her that we are not happy about her move!

Wisdom

You will get it all, only if your reach the end of this piece

Pakinam Nasser 19-03-2007 wrote

I am jealous of her,
Why is she with you everywhere?
I think you love her more than you love me,
I think you really shouldn’t be,
I don’t know why you give her that much care,
When you are sad, you run to her,
Why do you go to her when my hug is here?
When I see her with you, inside me rises a great fear,
Believe me she doesn’t love you,
She’ll hurt you, am sure she’ll do,
I know to your heart she is so dear,
But why go to her when my hug is here,
I hate seeing you hold her tight,
And for her sake, with me you fight,
I hate how you kiss her so softly,
And how you hold her with your hands tightly,
She’s the first one you think in when you are sad,
And she’s the same one you run to when you’re glad,
I don’t know when you’ll get her out of your life,
I feel that she is killing you slowly with a knife,
Give it a try and stop being with her,
And I promise that all your nervousness I’ll bear,
She doesn’t have the Monalisa’s smile,
She just prevent you from walking more than a mile,
Would you leave her for my sake?
She gives you nothing, and from you everything she will take,
Would you leave her cause she’s causing me fear,
Am afraid that one day I won’t find you near,
She’s so ugly, why do you want her here,
She’s not even pretty like Juliette,
She is just a damn cigarette.

The Incredible Edward Norton

Hollywood star EDWARD NORTON is set to play the lead in the new film version of the INCREDIBLE HULK
if this movie is going to resemble the Incredible Hulk TV series, this movie is definitely not for me. I hate to see people turning green. Anyway, Edward Norton no longer appears on my Radar Screen as before, and henceforth, in what ever form, i was hoping for a better emergence. Actually, a different one, electronic maybe!

Enabling IAS 9.0.4.x with OC4J 10.1.3 --

This is intended for specific people
This is a very technical post, actually, it is for a friend of mine to help him resolve a problem and additianally, it remains a reference for me in the future when i needed. I trust hosting services for their storage reliability more that i trust my own disk, i claim that Oracle Documentation has syntax error

ORACLE Says
Considerations for 9.0.4.x Infrastructure: Access Control List Settings
Prior to the Oracle Internet Directory 10.1.2 implementation, access control list (ACL) features were not set up properly for JAZNAdminGroup. To use the Oracle Internet Directory 9.0.4 implementation with a 10.1.x OracleAS JAAS Provider implementation, place the following contents into a file, replacing %s_MgmtRealmDN% with the appropriate ID management realm (for example,

dc=us,dc=oracle,dc=com), then execute the steps that follow. dn: cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,%s_MgmtRealmDN%
changetype: modify
replace: orclaci
orclaci: access to entry
by group= "cn=JAZNAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext"
(browse, add, delete)
by group= "cn=IASAdmins,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,%s_MgmtRealmDN%
added_object_constraint=(objectclass=orclApplicationEntity) (add, delete, browse)
by * (none)
orclaci: access to attr=(*)
by group= "cn=JAZNAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext"
(search, read, write, compare)
by group= "cn=IASAdmins,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,%s_MgmtRealmDN%"
(read, search, write, compare)
by * (none)

Name the file with the .ldif extension, such as jaznacl.ldif.
Run the ldapmodify utility with the newly created file as input, specifying oidport, oidhost, adminuser_dn, password, and filename, as appropriate: % ldapmodify -c -a -p oidport -h oidhost -D adminuser_dn -w password \
-f filename.ldif

I SAY

replace the code in Blue with the following
note That each directive must finish without a new line
Copy and paste the syntax and change dc=PALCO,dc=com with your dc

dn:cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=PALCO1,dc=com changetype: modifyreplace: orclaciorclaci: access to entry by group= "cn=JAZNAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext"
(browse, add, delete) by group= "cn=IASAdmins,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,dc=train1,dc=com"
added_object_constraint= (objectclass=orclApplicationEntity) (add, delete, browse) by * (none)orclaci: access to attr=(*) by group=
"cn=JAZNAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext" (search, read, write,compare) by
group= "cn=IASAdmins,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,dc=PALCO,dc=com" (read, search, write, compare) by * (none)

i used the ldapmodify command as follows

E:\oracle\infra\bin>ldapmodify -c -a -p 389 -h train1 -D "cn=orcladmin" -w manager1 -f c:\jaznacl.ldif

and it works
modifying entry JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=train1,dc=com

and it

medical advice needed

Can Bronchitis last for more than a month,, for the last two weeks. The symptoms were inititally severe (the first two weeks) . Even though after the two weeks, the symptoms seemed to have eased, but nevertheless, the symptoms are not tapering off. And by the way, is there an statistical evident that sprained ankle and bronchitis are in any way correlated, i got my ankle sprained yesterday and i was not enen doing any strenuous physical efforts! Mathematically speaking, the question goes, is there a probability that you get your ankle twisted given that you have got bronchitis for at least 4 weeks? If so, what is the probabilty

Outlets in Bahrain

What stands out remarkably in Bahrain is the abundance of night clubs. There is an excessive number of mediocre hotels whose only function seems to only host a night club. As we express it in the Arabic language, between a night club and a night club there is a night club. Again, these night clubs are all located inside 2-3 start hotels. These are not the type of night clubs that one would feel inclined to check out!!
During the weekend, Bahrain becomes very busy as many people cross the causeway from neighbouring Damam, Alkubar at KSA. Most probably, many of them end up at these night clubs. even though, such phenomenon seems be a vital instrument to feed the economy, but i would like to see such phenomenon diminishing in Bahrain or at least not to have it explicitly expressed the way currently it is.

Food Plethora

This has been my first weekend at Bahrain since the beginning of the millennium.
Today, my friend Fadi Al-Khari came to visit me from Al-Dahrain (Kindom of Saudi Arabia) which is 30 minutes away (crossing a causeway over the Arabian Gulf).

We had an open buffet lunch at Movenpick; it was indeed one of a kind. Never have I had such a lavish variety of food delicacies in one place at one time. Really unprecedented and uncompressing in both Quality and Quantity, two words that rarely go together is describing things
Just by looking at the way the food is presented, you can kiss any food control regimen good bye.
Sea Food Corner where you can pick fresh fish (Zubiedi, King Fish, Hamour), Lobster, King prawns and have it cooked to your liking. Steak corner, Italian, Japanese, Indian, you name it. Not to forget the Salad bar and finally, Crepes with Nutella and bananas (of course with a wide array of desert variety.)

The restaurant also looks lively and appealing, where it is also overlooking an attractive swimming pool.

I am leaving to Amman soon, but hush hush, I am not telling the team member about this hotel, as the team is supposed to spend the time working on a project and not eating at the pool side of the Movenpick Bahrain. The hotel has an excellent recipe for project failure.

This is for sure the best buffet I have ever seen, I have been to an excellent Sea Food buffet at Crown Plaza (dubai) and Shertan Muscat, but these buffet were exclusively Sea Food!! But the variety of today’s buffet was unparalleled if not exceptional.

Nightmare

Traveling with Gulf Air is!

my original route is Amman - Bahrain - muscat - Bahrain
scheduled
departure time is 3:30 arrival at Bahrain 5:30
departure from Bahrain to muscat 8:30 arrival in Muscat 10:30

Actual

Departure time was 11:20 PM arrival in Bahrain 1:45 Am this morning.
re-scheduled departure to Muscat 8:45 Am this morning ... Actual (we'll see)

I need to be at a meeting at 1 PM in Muscat, then i shall return to Bahrain same day at evening

After arrival they gave me a voucher for a 3 star hotel, could not leave the Airport because i already have a visa in bahrian , and if i use it, i cannot come back to bahrian this evening!!

The only solution: Stay at Bahrain Airport to till 8:45 morning .. Say what??

well, this is probably going to be my fifth all nighter at an airport, but the first time in Bahrain!
Anyway, after some argument with the so called "Gulf Air Customer Care center" i found my way to the business lounge where the i can find a couch and a clean bathroom.

Anyway, tomorrow is not going to be a day for rest either!

I cannot say there is a lesson to learn (which is never travel with Gulf Air) because this is something l learned before! however, each time i say to myself, give them one more chance. Addi tonally, RJ timing to the Gulf region is not helping either

ammar

Does it mean the end of my IT career

The question arises by the fact that i have assumed the position of a board member at the Arab East Investment Co (AEIV) Ltd, a 40 million company in Capital (http://www.ase.com.jo/announcement/Assembly%20Decision-%20AEIV-%206-5-2007.pdf) page 5. The company is profitable and makes high return on investment!

Well, the answer seems to be NO, or at least, not yet!!!
I am on my way to Muscat Oman tonight, to hopeful push a contract towards the final stage of signature, and on the same day going to Bahrain to kick off a new 8-10 month project.

Amman was very dusty today, I do not remember witnessing such conditions before. My flight to Muscat was scheduled at 3:30 PM, i called the Gulf Air office at the airport asking about any anticipated delays due to weather conditions and poor visibility, but they said that the delays are likely to be only 15 minutes. Upon arrival to their check -in counter, however, they told me what i was expecting when i called. The flights are delayed until 10 PM at night; I was mad because I did call to make sure i would not have to make a void round trip to the airport. I went back to Amman and I will hit the road again to airport in 20 minutes

On another track, i have been fighting a relentless bronchitis for around 2 weeks now. It does seem to be subsiding! It is really annoying!
